SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver your home essentials safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

DELIVERY TIME

The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

This includes:

Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
Transit Time: 4 to 5 business days

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Our team does not operate on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (EST).

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATION

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories, offshore islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

SHIPPING CARRIER

Orders are delivered through trusted carriers including USPS and DHL.
The carrier used will depend on the destination and logistics availability.

SHIPPING COST

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for all orders within the United States.

TRACKING INFORMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you another shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order and shipping information before completing their purchase, including the shipping address and contact details.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout, or if the customer independently changes the delivery address directly with the shipping carrier during transit.

If a package becomes unreachable, the carrier will attempt delivery up to three times.

If the package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please inspect it immediately upon delivery.

Customers should document the condition with clear photos or videos and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolving the issue.
