RETURNED ORDER REFUNDS

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

PARTIAL OR DENIED REFUNDS
