RETURN INFORMATION
Return Window: 45 days from the date of delivery.
A return label is included inside the package when you receive your order. Please keep this label in case you need to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Because many of our products are home textile items such as curtains, blankets, pillows, and rugs, we ask customers to inspect the product carefully before use or installation.
Items that have been installed, washed, or used in a living environment may not be eligible for return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers should provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, including the product condition and packaging. Our team will review the information and assist with an appropriate solution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges within 45 days of delivery.
The conditions and process for exchanges are the same as for returns. Customers must contact us first to receive approval before sending any item back.
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly due to our error or the manufacturer’s fault.
RETURN PROCESS
Please follow the steps below to return an item:

Step 2: Provide Evidence
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review the request.
Step 3: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
If the provided information is not sufficient, we may request additional evidence.
Step 4: Prepare the Return Package
Once your return is approved:

Customers must ship the return within 15 days after receiving return approval. Timely shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
REFUND INFORMATION
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
